We offer Plastic Molding Service We own and operate 20 single-shot injection molding presses in a range of 80 to 1100 tons, and 11 double shot injection molding presses ranging between 140 to 350 tons.
Double-shot injection molding allows for the the integration of 2 different plastic materials into a single component. We also have in-mold decorating lines, allowing us to effectively fabricate custom-molded plastic parts with different colors, textures, and graphics, all at a low cost. Insert molding is also available, a manufacturing process in which hardware is inserted into a mold to produce metal/plastic parts.
We offer Silicone Molding ServiceHonest Mould owns 5 sets of 250ton double-shot compression molding machines and 1 set of 300 ton single-shot compression molding machines. The maximum molded Silicone product size is 500 x 500mm.
To enhance the Silicone product performance, a mill roll is used for formulation and mixing of raw materials, with molded silicone products compressed between a top and bottom plate.
Raw materials Honest Mould purchases raw material from trusted, large suppliers, then employs specialized inspectors to carry out a strict inspection process. Each processed material piece is tested and measured to ensure finished products meet customer expectations.
Assembling Honest Mould employs over 300 talented people, and each workshop is equipped with several assembly lines, allowing us to offer mass production services at controlled production costs to ensure competitive pricing.

Printing Surface treatments including screen printing, transfer printing and gold stamping are available.
Finished products Testing
Honest Mould is outfitted with a high and low temperature tester, salt spray tester, and other testing equipment to test final quality of injection molded parts. Products that are only 100% qualified will leave our facility and be delivered to the customer.
