Experienced mold design
Backed by an experienced design team that includes more than 30 engineers and technicians, over the past 20 years, we have developed thousands of molds for different customers, including a maximum mold length of 2m, a maximum width of 1.3m, and weighed 14.8 tons.

Our factory is equipped with an advanced line of equipment, including precision CNC machining center, EDM machine and other equipment for precision mold machining to guarantee we meet accuracy requirements every time, no matter what mold is being produced.

Large-volume production
Our production facilities include three injection molding workshops and 1 silicone molding workshop. The 20 single-shot injection molding machines range from 80-1100 tons, and the 11 double-shot injection molding machines range from 140 to 350 tons. We are also outfitted with 5 double-shot compression molding machines at the range of 250 ton, and 1 single-shot compression molding machine at the range of 300 ton. With this equipment, silicone products from Honest Mould feature a maximum size of 500 x 500mm.

With such an extensive range of equipment, multiple assembly lines and more than 300 skilled employees, we are able to easily control the lead time and offer large-volume production quickly and easily so that on-time delivery can be always guaranteed.

Finishing options
Our parts mass production comes with a variety of finishing options, including spraying, screen printing, transfer printing, etc. The paint spraying service is available upon request.
