We are equipped with 250-ton two-shot hot press compression molding machines and 300-ton single-shot compression molding machines, allowing for a maximum molded silicone product size of 500 x 500mm.

      Honest Mould worked with the German company WMF to produce silicone water carafe caps. We designed the cap mold, then began mass production through hot press compression molding. In the past 4 years alone, we have produced 3 million caps, with more still produced on a monthly basis. Due to our extensive experience in silicone product manufacturing, the carafe cap features an excellent pairing with the carafe and tightly seals. It will not overflow due to external force when pouring, thus satisfying customer needs.

      The Teflon coated metal-silicone pop pan was designed by a Hong Kang customer and won the 2012 HKTDC Design Gold Award. A problematic issue that needed to be resolved was the bonding effect between silicone stainless steel bonded and metal, as the customer had failed to find a proper silicone stainless steel bonded product manufacturer. In 2012, they turned to us for help, and our engineering team spent several months researching the issue for a reliable solution. It was determined that a complete set of materials and production processes was needed to meet customer requirements. We produced a sample for customer confirmation, then began mass production, which continues to this day.

      German Zwilling kitchenware is popular on the market. We began working with them in 2017, and provided a full set of silicone kitchenware products, including spatulas, pot covers, and more.
